MS Outlook Data File

Dear All

always facing problem with Microsoft outlook, the outlook hang and then I need to restart my pc then when restart Microsoft outlokk it show this message "the data file folders was not closed properly. this file being checked for problem" any advise please to resolve the problem.

Microsoft has some suggestions for this problem.

You could also try clearing your account info out of Outlook and setting it up again.

You could also try accessing your email via the web. Depending on whether you're using a free service (like GMail) or a company email system, webmail may be available.

I copy my personal folder and delete the acccnt and the create new one. it work ok.
