Welding Between EN8 and MS

Is it possible to weld EN8 and MS? After welding we are getting creak while load.

What sequence we need to do the welding?

Preheat to about 100C just before welding, use hot dried low hydrogen electrodes(E7018 low hydrogen) and temper to 5500 to 600 degrees post weld.You should also remove any local rust(hydrogen source) before welding....

5500°c or 550?
