Maybe you could master the upper/lower case capabilities of the keyboard first?

A bitmap file is a graphic or picture format. It is meant to be used for pictures and can consequently be full of all kinds of imitations of the real world.

There are programs that can detect and convert printed text from pictures. The general term for this kind of program is an "Optical Character Recognition" but they don't always work exactly as you like. Sometimes the picture information has distortions that interfere with the conversion.

The usual output from an OCR program is text. And text can be loaded into Excel under certain conditions. In order for data in the form of text to be loaded into various columns, it must have some form of separation called "delimiters" such as a comma, or space, or tab. Without a delimiter, everything on a single line is loaded into a single cell.

Lastly, if there were any formulas used in creating the data from the original Excel file from which you obtained a bitmap image, the formulas will not be present. Therefore, there is probably no use in wasting your time since the relationship between cells will be non-existent. Even if you enter the data manually, you will not be able to do anything with it unless you have the formulas. All you have is a picture.

And, turn the CAPS LOCK off, please.
