House Earthing

Hallo,

I want to do my new house earthing. I brought copper plate with copper wire, salt, coal etc.

But, i am little confused about type of coal. Actually, i brought little big of coal.

So, please some one tell me about If I use the stone type of no. 4 stone type big coal. then will it work as earthing.

You need a copper grounding rod, a length of solid copper wire, and a clamp.....like so

The coal is for barbecue....

Not coal but charcoal.

If there's plenty of salt, then it won't matter.

Do fit a whole-house RCCD with a trip rating of around 100mA and individual circuit RCCDs with a trip rating of 30mA on critical circuits where humans and water are in close proximity; typically there are kitchen sockets, power-shower and anything that goes outside. British Standard 7671 gives a full protocol for this.
