Need RF Transceiver for 200 m, 500 m,1 km Range

There are hundreds and hundreds of products out there, from complete programmed modules to single chips operating on numerous frequencies.

If you don't know what you are doing and don't have the skills or equipment to program a chip then I suggest you just buy a complete module. They are more expensive but unless you know what you are doing and you want to build hundreds or more, the kitset or single chip-based transceivers can be very difficult and time consuming (expensive) to get working as a complete system.

Try an internet search of "rf transceiver supplier".

I have completed TRX module. Band 2.4-2.48GHz. Transmitter power 100mW, reciever sensitivity -110dbm. Module contain own atmega 164 controller and schematic of power managment. Internal chip antenna and we can connect external antenna. Programmable data rate from 1.2 to 500 kBaud. SPI inteface and Data Tx-Rx interface. We are tested communication distance in open feeld 1km. Size 35x25x7mm.
