BOTH ICs ARE USED IN INTEX COMBO TV BOX, MODEL NO.IT-160

Datasheet for M61266

The ARK7118PFA is most likely a proprietary chip. Google search only showed up where you could/maybe source it. Link. You might be able to go through one of the sources to the manufacturer and get the info through them. Though not likely that way, to get the info you want.

If your trying to service this for yourself it could just be cheaper to replace the unit. Or if your wanting to service or rework the units contact Intex you may be able to get service manual on unit from them.
