what are most innovate or upcoming products and technologies you have seen or used in maintenance of buildings.

For example:

1) HVAC maintenance products

2) Fire Fighting products

3) Waste water treatment products.

what else?

My guess is that seeing or using upcoming contemporary products in the maintenance of a building is going to be a fairly rare experience.

Those who have recently had such an experience may be legally bound not to discuss their experience in a public forum such as this.

add water/energy saving technologies and devices,recycling,renewable energy etc.
