<...but not suppliers,pleases...>

What a shame - there is usually a comprehensive advert on the back cover of one of the Chemical Engineering monthlies covering all one might want to use. Never mind, eh?

Try the internet.

Maybe do a search.

You know, Google.

Maybe "liquid transfer systems".

You'll need a pump or two. Some hose. Some hydraulic arms for support.

OK, go for it.

First of all your request has the same problem as most others, its too vague.

Second there are a number of manufacturers of liquid loading arms, but, and here come all the buts, is it for truck loading, train or rail car, ship loading, etc.

Next is the product hazardous or explosive.

Finally volumes, pressures and quantities.

So either use a search engine like google, bing, explorer, etc, or please give more detials so someone can answer halfway inteligently.
