ASME B16.5 Material Group 1.17

Around 2003,ASTM A182 F12 Cl.2 was shifted from group 1.9 to 1.17 in B16.5.

And, the pressure rating was reduced in high temperature service.

It is lower than the ceiling pressure.

Please advise why shifted and reduced.
