What Are The Benefits Of Having An Online Construction App?

I want to create a construction application for construction industry most of my friends suggest me to go for online application but I am little confused. Also provide your recommendation.

There are many online and downloadable programs available depending on what you want to design (construction industry is rather vague).

Try an internet search for "google drawings" or http://www.sketchup.com/
