Look up the info your seeking under Factory Mutual (FM). They have a listing of approved materials for industrial applications.

No. In general, ALL fiber optic cable should be UL listed, as is all standard copper wire and cables.

Fiber optic cables are relatively generic; I have never heard of one made exclusively for one particular use only.

Most control system manufacturers will however, have a specification regarding which fiber cables they have tested whth their systems.

There are companies which conduct UL testing of newly installed fiber installations; some plants require this testing prior to system certification.

Check with the manufacturer of the fire control system.

Fibres in cables for networking all have the necessary certifications. The networks provide the transport for you when you rent a bandwidth from them.

The utility companies have the biggest fibre network for their own use. You need supply nothing. Unless in a country, where this was not introduced yet.

But fire in fibres?!? What is that for?

I can only assume that you are reading a bid specification that has words in it to the effect of "...Any fiber optic cable supplied shall be UL certified for its intended purpose...", and you are extending the "purpose" to include "... fire & gas networking purpose..."

UL does indeed certify fiber cabling systems according to their purpose, such purpose being defined as:

It is incumbent upon you to verify that this is what your client had in mind. For further information contact UL directly:
