Simple. Use the telephone to contact the manufacturer, and have the manufacturer send one out.
Of greater concern is why the thing is being used and maintained in the absence of a manual.
Of even greater concern would be the issue of whether or not the operatives were properly trained and assessed, and whether or not the thing and its use were properly insured.

Does not the content and phrasing of the OP indicate that such use has gone on till the first major failure that chewing gum, duct tape and bailing wire won't fix?
That would be a good supposition. Why this sort of original poster thinks that going to this forum instead of directly to the equipment manufacturer by telephone will remain a mystery for evermore.
