420kv Switchyard Power Flow

can any one tell me the direction of flow of power in one and half breaker scheme.and what are the condition for breaker off. do the two bus always remains charged all the time.only for one unir say 700

There should be a suite of design documents somewhere. If not, ask the most Senior Authorised Person that is available.

Download this (free!) excellent reference and look at section 4.6 to learn about various bus configurations. The breaker-and-a-half scheme is included.
