I want to know how to select the rating of Servo Motors & Servo Drives for Servo Controlled Hydraulic injection molding machines from 40 TON to 600 Ton machines

Look around at what's presently on the market.

PERFORM AN INTERNET SEARCH of molding machines and see what they use.

Your question leaves much (almost everything) unsaid.

What experience do you have with injection molders, if any??????

My admonishment to you to search the existing technology and talk to vendors about the state of the art in molding machines still stands.

Hi

If you really have no idea what to use I would question whether or not you should be going down this road. look at other similar machines on the market but play safe.
