It's time for some independent research.

A search engine will answer all your simple questions.

Maybe a course in elementary electricity is what you need.

You should go to Wikipedia with these homework questions:

Breaking capacity - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Making and Breaking Capacity of a circuit breaker | Electrotechnik ...

Do not ask questions for the sake of only asking. Can't you not use the google to find your answers and still if you have doubts ask questions here .You can always search CR4 for most of your questions as most of the subjects are discussed earlier and if you still do not find answer here also, then put up a new questine then members will decenntly reply you. Take this as an elderly advice.

All detailed in :http://www.electrical-installation.org/enwiki/Circuit-breaker_(_full_page_)
By the way, this is true for any technology of breakers .... And oil circuit breakers in MV are getting really obsolete , I think their production has been discontinued some decades ago .
