Software Question

plz consult me how to program an arduino mini controller in a way that responds to an analog input ranging from 100 to 130 ohms to get analog output ranging from 0 to 5 volts

if there were a device can do that other than arduino mini controller, plz let me know

Um . . . have you tried a Google search on "resistance to voltage converter". There are vendors that provide these, quite cheaply too.

Looks like your playing/experimenting with an Arduino development board.

Go to:

Electrical Engineer Video Blog web site

You need to register. This is an Australian site (English language), that has LOTS of helper folks that will guide you in the right direction. There's also video education material from Dave the moderator of this site.

Are you studying electronics? Either as a technician or EE? If so this site will give you much information for your learning.

This site CR4 is more for practicing engineering questions.

That sounds like a potentiometer to me. If you play with the values of a R divider that is feeding the potentiometer, and adjust the input voltage, you should be able to get the desired 0-5 volts out for an R swing of 100 to 130 ohms.
