Thevenin Equivalent

Hi guys, i need to find the thevenin equivalent from a quadripole defined by its Z parametres. can somebody help me with this please?. it is important to do it with Z parametres.

However, you could change Rth to Zth to meet his exact request.

JCase was really close. The only additional thing would be to change the battery in Lyn's diagram to an AC source. As JCase said, "substitute the Rth for Zth" and the battery for an AC source.

Yes, it really is as simple as that. One could argue that the Zth takes into account all of the effects of the variation in core permeability as something passes through it with respect to blah, blah, blah. If you want to get into integrals, go ahead. You are not likely to need it except for your homework.

Tell me, was that answer supposed to be in the time domain or the frequency domain?
