How 3d printer can be used in for removing investment or lost wax casting dies ?

It can't. 3D printing doesn't remove anything. It adds material.

Well you can print replacement dies for a start, possibly even using the 3d printed dies directly (assuming the wax's melting point is low enough to prevent damage to the 3d printed plastics).

Sounds like a good use for it, especially if you want to cast complex or difficult shapes, although your payback period is likely going to be high if that is all you want to use it for.

Could you not print a thin shell of the design and then add an insulation over the hollow yet strong meltable form?
