Toys Software Problem

I have a VTech - V.Reader Animated E-Book System. Now it is not work. When I start it then it is shown Engineering code and not work. How I can get the solution?

tear it apart, lose a few screws, admit you can't fix it, dump it in the trash at work and tell your kids santa has it at his work shop fixing it and he will bring it back on xmas day if they are really good for the rest of the year.
