Develop Controllers and Drivers

Hi friends, I have several questions that are related to develop servo controllers and develop servo drivers, so if you know something or you know one good website with an article that talk about one thing that is correlated to one of these things so I will glad if you can write it in this a replay.

1. What are the servo controller interfaces different for different encoders that input to the servo controller?

2. How to develop and build I\O for servo controllers for different kinds of I\O (Input \ Output)?

3. What are the different kinds of communication that controllers use? And I search after information of these kinds of communications.

4. I search after information about control algorithms like the equations for tracking in the close loop, solving the controller, calculation of the close loop of the system, automated PID extended, compensation and cyclic phenomenon.

Have you completed a 4 year degree in electrical engineering?

Did you take a control systems class, where you understand feedback and stability of a system?

Review your textbook if you've forgotten this.

Lyn will help you google the missing information.

Do you understand the LaPlace transform? Do you understand how to construct or measure the LaPlace transform of a linear system? If you do then you will find the theory by studying the Lyapunov stability equations.

How's your matrix algebra by the way?

How to develop and build I\O for servo controllers for different kinds of I\O (Input \ Output)?

Are you wanting to reinvent the wheel? Here is a nice package with all the drivers ready to use. Are you interested in using something like this or do you wish to compete with the industry?

How about a state-of-the-art motor? Would you build on of the 1 meter tracks for me at a price of say, $5000? There is a high demand for this type of servo.
