Phone Misbehaves

09/10/2013 7:37 AM

My phone (intel) started to pop up such readings as snapped above.Never mind the "speak now" window,i have just used to give a contrasting background. I have gone to settings trying to clear the same to no success.

Any assistance please!

It looks like you tried to download an Android app onto a Windows phone. That will not work. Try to get rid of the app. If not, the phone may have a way of resetting to go back to the original setup, but you will lose all data if you do, unless they are backed up. Windows, Ijunk, and Android are separate systems and software and apps are not compatible between them. On my phone (Windows) there is a small switch that can be pushed with a pen to reset it, but remember you lose all data including phone numbers and pictures. Read the phone instructions.

The problems with "open" software. I would take it back to your service provider to fix, even if someone here has a suggestion that may make it work. The logic being that the software on the phone has "bugs" and they won't get fixed unless people return the phones. Microsoft got away with it's buggy Window's software for years because it created a huge market for people who could fix it and make most users computers work. It's time for the revenge of the users, don't get it fixed, just return it. There are alternatives that do work.
