	my three D.G sets 625,500,500 KVA , .i want run auto start and sych.Presently independent run mode.my present running load 800 KVA.so kindly suggest me.

	You desperately need some courses in electrical theory. Perhaps you should hire a technician who can educate you as he straightens out your power plant.

	Search the net; there are plenty of compact electronic modules available for auto start & auto synch. of DG sets.

	You say sets "independent run" mode at present. Consequently, there is no guarantee [to us remote onlookers, who do not have all - seeing power] that governors and AVR are currently capable to run in parallel with other generators. Speed (governor) and reactive power (AVR) "droop" [fall of speed or voltage with increasing load of several % rated between zero and rated load] are the minimum requirement for parallel running. Reactive power droop usually needs a CT (current transformer) input to the AVR as well as generator voltage. You need to have parallel-run capability before you get to auto start and synchronise. As is now, can you parallel the units under manual control?? 67model
