15) Where does my post belong?

It depends on what you are writing about. CR4 is divided into 15 sections, each with at least one forum:

• ......
• General : For everything else ...
• Commercial Space : This sub-forum is the place to post engineering-related press releases, sales fliers, product announcements, and any and all advertisements about your company, and its services or products. It is the only place that unpaid advertising is allowed on CR4.
• CR4 Feedback : This sub-forum is the place to post questions, comments or suggestions about CR4 and its functionality.

We do not like spam here. You posted polite spam but spam none the less so I will expand.

We I prefer to discuss engineering problems that are inside and outside of my field of expertise at CR4. I get annoyed when somebody pushes their product on me here. Particularly when they've not contributed one iota of knowledge to the discussions. Once an individual impresses me with their knowledge in a field that I need a product or task to be done I will and have PM them for their input and possible services.

Now let me expand on what knowledge you've demonstrated to me. You cannot or will not comprehend written material on the rules of conduct. You appear to know only the jargon of your technology and not their real meaning. (Goliath is commonly known as a specific crane found in Belfast.) You choose to understand what you wish and speak words you do not comprehend.

Prove to me that you know something about cranes. Then I might consider your advice.

I agree with your views, which you have correctly pointed out. CR4 Forum is not a Forum for Marketing. We discuss TECHNICAL ISSUES/PROBLEMS and share the Experience/Knowledge.

I think, and I should put/recommend CR4 ADMINISTRATION to remove the Original Post.

The CR4 Forum is PURELY a TECHNICAL FORUM, where CR4 MEMBERS SHARE THEIR KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE for a SPECIFIC TYPE of PROBLEM for the Member, and many CR4 Members put their views, suggestions, and at last the Member - who posted the issue is solving his problem, and thus the whole Industry is benefitted - thus CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOCIETY.

Our Professors have taught that "YOU SHOULD CONTRIBUTE TO THE SOCIETY (which ever Field you may be working) MORE THAN THE BENIFIT, YOU HAVE ENJOYED FROM THE SOCIETY.

Your posting DOES NOT indicate any TECHNICAL PROBLEM/DIFFICULTY but it appears as MARKETING STRATEGY. There are lot of forum for that, you attempt there.

Pl. do not get offended or do not mistake this Forum, for my INNOCCUOUS COMMENT.
