Does anyone know any good book of matlab language specifically for robotics programming which is helpful for begineers

As redfred says, learning to perform basic research will serve you well, if you graduate.

I'd search out some robotics forums or clubs and ask those who have already done the research that you seem hesitant to do.

I must say that I do like the term "begineers". I understand it was an unintentional consequence of writing in other than the mother tongue, but it is none the less very appropriate in many circumstances, contraction of beginner and engineer.
