Couldn't Identify SMD Code

10/10/2013 2:57 PM

Hi,

I have a circuit which is textile mills, and in this circuit a semicinductop is installed by the manufacturer. It looks like BC846 SMD (code 1b) or BC856 SMD (code 3b) but it is not transistor. I have searched by internet but did not find this code, and unfortunately I don't have a diagram. Can anybody help me to find this components which has code S2E? It is three pin components.

I will be very thankful.

http://datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/B/C/8/4/BC846.shtml

found at top of list in search for bc846.

I have no idea what you do to search, but it is obviously not getting you where you need to go. ? could it be internet restrictions where you are located, perhaps you are being blocked.

post again if that link does not work

NPN Silicon AF Transistors. Why would that be blocked?

semi = half.

cin = sin, misspelled.

duc = what ductape is used on

top = opposite of bottom

semi-cin-duc-top = upper portion of an evil duc.

That's what my cat thought.

Originally he thought he was going to stalk our mallards, but the drake wasted no time showing kitty he wasn't going to play his game.

This is all I can find:-

Siemens SMBTA93 high voltage PNP transistor

Data sheet

Why don't you think it's a transistor?

There is also a Toshiba TPC6005 FET but it's a 6 pin device

When others offer almost immediate help, it would be nice of you to come back and say thanks.
