How to Solve This Problem

My attempt:
I make use of the van hoff equation which relates the natural log of the reaction rates (which are given) to the temperature. Then using the conversion equation, plot the relationship between temperature and conversion and from the plot, find the temperature at which 70% conversion has occured.
Does this sound correct??
