Cement

How does cement mortar lining inside a pipe get cured? What are the chemical reactions? What are effect of process parameter, sand cement ratio & ambience on curing?

It gets cured and the chemical reactions are the same as any cement product - hydration of the cement. It's the same with the process parameters, except I don't think the cement cares about the ambiance. Or maybe you meant ambient temperature - that would matter.

Would you please send me a check every week. In trade I will send you all the questions asked of me and I will re-write them to an almost un-decipherable form. I will take full credit for all right answers and be sure you get stuck with the blame for all wrong answers.
