Those terms are very specific and refer to the number of phases and the shape of the core iron. Caveat: a single phase transformer can be 1 or 3 limb (leg), a 3 phase transformer can be 3 limb or 5 limb, it's a function of size, cost, impedance, etc. Google for more info.
