Force Cooled 10/12.5 MVA 33/11 KV Transformer Design

I design transformers upto 10 MVA 33/11 KV (ONAN) AND NOW I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO DESIGN A 10/12.5 MVA 33/11 KV TRANSFORMER(FORCED COOLING). I NEED HELP. COULD SOMEBODY PL LET ME KNOW THE COOLING CALCULATION DATAS ETC FOR FORCED COOLING. IN ONAN TRANSFORMER I TAKE 535 WATTS/METRE SQUARE FOR PLAIN TANK SURFACE AND FIN RADIATR AS PR CHART OF FINS.

Use the design procedures already in place at the facility.

Switch off your ear ,,if they are so sensitive .

The transformer mfg has fans made to match the transformer. one set of fans will increase the capacity to your requirements. It is about 6 or 8 fans. Call mfg for the correct requirements. no need to calculate anything. it has already been done.

When PWSlack asked you not to shout, he meant please don't type in all capital letters. It is equivalent to SHOUTING in text messaging, and is viewed as extremely impolite if not outright rude. Please be considerate of our forum participants.

As for transformer cooling fans, one manufacturer with which I am very familiar is Krenz & Company. They make a variety fo fans that are used by many of the major transformer manufacturers as well as aftermarket installers:
