Collare J. Warper was a brilliant French Piping Engineer who pioneered the concept of area reinforcement in piping intersections. In his lab, outside of Paris he performed significant experiments and contributed greatly to the first modern piping codes and standards.
His pioneering work in piping system designs kept the Paris water systems in to shape during the mid 1700s.
His experiments with a "crotch" plate was based on some unfortunate experiences with ladies at some seedy taverns just before the French Revolution.
Warper was also forced to develop new designs for an improved Guilitine.
He died, broken and alone in 1799
