why the calculated pump efficiency and the efficiency plotted on efficiency curve is not matching?

Internal wear in the pump, for one possibility. Miscalculation, for another.

Calibration of the equipment comes to my mind. Then there's also the common problem of not accurately reproducing test conditions.

What constitutes "not matching"?

A difference of .5%, 5%, 10%?????
