what is the number of the fet1 and what is the number of the ZD1 diode !

The FET is numbered FET1. The zener is numbered ZD1.

I looked over the series of old posts. If I read it correct, ZD1 is a BZX55C16, 500mw 16V @ 5Ma. FET1 is a MOSFET IRF640 200V, 18 Amp, TO220 package the poster also lists a BUZ31. Hope this helps.
