Greetings!

I would post it as a JPEG image (i.e., filename.jpg).

I convert the file to .jpg using a utility on my Mac, but I don't know what is the best version of that for Windows. Perhaps something like GreenShot, which is free and Open Source.

Then I save that .jpg file to my website so I can post or embed a link to it in this post. I use another tool to upload that image to my website. I don't know what storage ability CR4 has for pictures, so I can't help you there.

Kris wrote a short tutorial on uploading pictures HERE that may help loading pictures into the CR4 website.

Essentially, you can either use the tool bar to do this or if that doesn't work, use the HTML formatting tags shown below the text entry box for examples how that is done.

I'd go along with AH. Just like add that Faststone Image Viewer (usual disclaaimers) is very good for selective screen capture & saving as .jpg (among other formats) in Windows environments.

Once you have the .jpg file (be it a photo, screen capture or whatever), post it using the "green camera" tool at the top of the edit box.
