Is there some reason why the equipment supplier's Installation Manual is not to hand?

Is there some reason why the equipment supplier's telephone number is not to hand?

All the main parts of the wind farm (turbine, turbine control, turbine switchgear, transformer, substation switchgear, etc) have some sort of separate commissioning procedure (I should know I wrote and performed some of them) and then there are commissioning procedures when connecting up different parts of the plant (such as the turbine strings back to the substation).

The commissioning procedure is generally specific to the equipment installed and to the overall site and wind farm size and complexity (as dictated by the customer, local standards and regulations and the project manager(s) and associated consultants).

Have you considered looking at example wind farms on the internet, talking with consultant groups that deal with wind farms, performing an internet search for some of the basics to your rather broad questions, etc?

@ Jack of All trades,

Thanks for responding.

I have searched it on the different search engine and also on linkedin but didnt find proper response. At the moment I do not have machine installation manual because I am in planning stage of the project. That's why I want to know about the activities so that I may be able to discuss with contractor and consultant.

Oh, I didn't realise your were planning on designing or project-managing an actual windfarm.

See my second paragraph above and I would advise hiring a paid consultant to assist you for your specific application.

That scares me and I'm fearless.

How do these people get these jobs?

I am sure there are many reasons this occurs, some more dangerous and unethical than others.
