Just found this:

M1 Rust and Corrosion Protection

• It is a clear coating protection
• It protects any surface from:
* Weathering
* Corrosion
* Oxidation
* Rust
* Stains
* Salt spray
* Pitting, etc.
• It works as an anti-corrosion spray
• It will resist up to 250°F
• It adheres to and protects any metal, stainless steel, copper, aluminium, chrome and fiberglass
• It works great when sprayed on the suspension and drive lines, exhaust systems of vehicles to protect from salt and rust.
• M1 is tested by the NAVSEA (Naval Sea Systems Command)

CONVENTIONAL SPRAY

• Manufacturer Gun Model Tip/Aircap combination, DeVilbiss MBC or JGA 704E, Binks #18 or #62 66PE. Fluid hoseshould be 3/8" (0,95 cm) I.D. with a maximum length of 50 feet (15,2 metre). Pot should always have dual regulation and be kept at same elevation as spray gun. Airless : Manufacturer Gun Model Tip/Aircap Combination, Graco 205-591 Bulldog, Binks Model 500 Mercury 5C, deVilbiss JGN-501 QFA-519. Hose should be 3/8" (0,95 cm) I.D. minimum, but a ¼" (0,64 cm) I.D. whip end section may be used for ease of application. A maximum length of 100 feet (30,5 metre) is suggested. Best results will be obtained using a 0,013" - 0,017" (0,3 - 0,4 cm) tip at 50 - 75 psi. NOTE : Nylon or Teflon type packings are available from pump manufacturer and are highly recommended. NOTE : Similar equipment may be suitable

PACKING, STORAGE & TYPICAL PROPERTIES

• M1 is available in aerosol cans, 5 Gallon (19 litre) pails, 55 Gallon (208 litre) metal drums, liquid totes and bulk.
• Dry film thickness : 2.0 mils (per coat). Theoretical spread rate : 200-250ft2/gal (13 16 m2/l). dry to touch time : 30 minutes @ 75°F (24°C) at 2 mils (50 microns). Full cure : 8 hours. Temperature stability : 45° - 90 °F (7 - 32 °C. VOC (ASTM D-3960) : 100 g/l. Viscosity : 700 - 3.000 cps (6 rpm/#2)

HOW TO PROPERLY USE AND APPLY

• Surface should be clean & dry
• Do NOT apply on HOT surfaces
• Application temperature should be between 40 - 90 °F

PREFERRED APPLICATION TOOLS

• Use air pressure at the gun of 45 - 70 pounds. Use 15 - 20 psi pot pressure. Do not agitate in pressure pot
• M1 is formulated slightly thinner to flow smoothly through HVLP automotive finishing guns and produces a finish comparable to Powder Coating. It is best to use a gravity feed HVLP, 20 - 50 pounds with a 1,4 to 1,5 tip. Two coats of M1 should be sprayed 5 - 10 minutes apart using the HVLP system to achieve the recommended dry film thickness. M1 can be applied with either an airless spray system or HVLP.
* Natural Bristle Brush
* Foam Roller ¾
* Spray an even coat on area to be protected
* Allow to flash (dry to touch) before re-coating
* Multiple coats are recommended in severe environmental conditions.
* Self levelling product
* The product dries with an off white (opaque) talc or powder appearance
* Store M1 in a room temperature (approximately 70°F)

APPLICATION TECHNIQUES:

• Shake well before using
• SPRAYER : Pass nozzle about 8 - 12 inches from the surface in straight, short swipes. Allow first thin coat to dry between 5-10 minutes
• Avoid application on DIRTY or WET surface
• Power - Washing with at least 150 psi
• General cleaning can be done by using AC0. The green acid from the Masters Touch to remove Rust & Stain
• Allow at least 15 - 20 minutes of drying time or use blower gun to fasting the drying after power-washing.
