	Kindly be specific Is it ASTM A513 or IS 513, since ASTM A513 is Standard Specification for Electric - Resistance -Welded Carbon And Alloy Steel Mechanical Tubing while IS 513 is Cold Reduced Low Carbon Steel Sheet and Strip and unfortunately to the extent I have checked both do not have any grade D. So confirm what 513 it is so that we can help you. __________________ Varun Passi
