Insert Plates for Cantilever

INSERT PLATE RECEIVED FOR THE ERECTION OF CANTILEVER (8mtrs.long & 27T)

HAVE WELDED HOLD FASTS OF TOR STEEL Fe500, UNFORTUNATELY HOT BEND IN C SHAPE. WILL THIS HOT BENDS WILL REDUCE THE STRENGTH OF HOLD FAST, IF YES WHAT IS %.

Insert plate?? You're talking a totally different structural engineering language than I know of......Frankly, Ive never heard of that terminology before used for cantilevered beams.

What is Fe500, a non-USA steek grade? What country is it used in?

A photograph is worth a thousand words. So is concise clarification.

Fe 500 is, I believe, an Indian designation for rebar with a yield of 500N/mm2 . It sounds as though he is fabricating the insert plate using rebar for anchors. The channel is a mystery.
