Your question is too unprecize:

-dimensions of the coils + wire ?

-how many units per hour do you want to wind ?

Any way it is very simple such a machine is a motor+ a chuck + a turns counter.

More complicated is the way to maintain the wire under tension without breaking it or rubbing off the insulation layer.

Because of that I would suggest you buy one even if second hand you will be better served.

You can do this with a hand built lathe or use a motorized lathe and make your own cores and slugs to wind the wire.

This Link will be useful to get an idea.

If you are doing more than simply making a few coils for yourself, search for Voice Coil Winding Machines. There are many out there and study how they are made. Then design your own.

You use tools, fasteners, and various parts to assemble this type of machine. You will have to identify the physical range of voice coil sizes you wish to fabricate. You did not even specify if this voice coil is for a sub-woofer, tweeter, hearing aid, or headset.

Square Wire?

Foil?

If you are serious about making a machine to sell, I would suggest a search for patents registered for this purpose with Patent Offices. Say "Coil winding machines". Many patents will have expired or be available to licence from the patent holder, so you are making a (hopefully) proven design. Or search for patents registered by well known loudspeaker makers.
