RN221N

I have been using RN221N-A1 from Endress+Hausser. Recently when I requested for some more I was supplied RN221N-A3. I have tried using them but the output signals are displaying asif there is no connection. Can anyone helped me out.

I think you have to make some changes because of the Hart diagnostics, check with your supplier on the diffferences.

The data sheet on page 3 (link) suggests that it is a different standard part. I would contact your supplier and ask for a "please explain"

Can you supply us with a drawing of how the RN221N-A1 was wired up along with how you've wired up the new RN221N-A3, with all terminals identified?
