Read the troubleshooting section of the manual. Call Triconex.

Is it a fault on a particular supervised Discrete Output? Or is it a common fault alarm on the triconex D/O card?

Its not on a SDO module , normal DO module.I tried to clear fault, it disappeard for a moment and back . due to this votter fault main chasis having fault alarm .
