I have purchase nokia asha 503 mobile & i want to transfer my 400 phone book contacts from black berry to nokia. please help in this issue.

What did Nokia say when you asked them to do this for you? You DID ask them, didn't you?

Have you looked for data transfer software on the internet?

Assuming the answer to above is no:

If your contact lists are also available on your email such as hotmail or others you can import them from there.
