You should be able to buy them locally in Europe from mud companies. Try MI-Swaco- I believe that you will find them in Aberdeen.

Be aware though that they will probably still be imported from the US of A.

I recently bought a 5 pound bag of crushed walnut shell for use in cleaning bullet cases. It came from China. I bought it through harbor freight. The ammunition reloading industry uses lots of walnut shell to clean used cases. You might look there.
