Depending on your electro-mechanical proficiency there are hundreds of options for a bike generator. How you intend to use this electric power will certainly help to focus your options. The first question is will this be bike stationary?

The bottle dynamo and the hub-mounted dynamo can be used to power accessories such as lighting while you are going along, Boss. The hub one needs go be built into the wheel. The bottle is an add-on to the frame. Your local bike shop can help.

If you're driving something while the bike is static, then anything would do although you ought to expect no more than about 100W from a human's legs continuously.
