What about evidence-based qualifications like NVQs, Chief?

I'd think an automation person would know:How to Search the Internet - Hannon Library.

But, I guess not. That would help get your certification, and might even be a requirement.

I can do it and I'm not even certified.

What on earth is a "Team Leas Automation"? And why on earth would anyone want any?

What have you got so far and what do you actually want to do, Automation is a rather large field after all!

I am going to assume that you want "Team Lead Automation", or words to that effect.

Schneider Energy University has free training and provides inroads to certification.
