	The Seattle Post-Intelligencer is reporting that Don Herbert, TV's "Mr. Wizard" who introduced generations of American kids to science, died on Tuesday at age 89. Herbert's show, "Watch Mr. Wizard," ran from 1951 to 1964, and taught kids how to do science experiments with readily available home materials.

	Sorry Steve, Mr. Wizard was just a few ticks before my time... I think I was watching "Beany and Cecil" in 1964.

	Sad! Mr Wizard's World was one of my favorite shows on Nickelodeon. Bye bye Mr Wizard, you will be missed!

	Mr. Wizard Few people have a effect as you become aware, grow up, to make you interested in what can be done, what could be done, and add to shaping a future for us all, including the I-pod hooked generation. Thanks Mr. Wizard, I am old enough to have watched. You will be part of the next unit I launch into Space. Zantraus
