Wrong humidity readings!

06/13/2007 1:44 PM

My Huger WM-918 has been working well untill a winter storm (100mph winds) slackened the bracket holding the Hygrometer which inverted, when I managed to solve this it had been lashed with wind and rain for 2 days, now the readings for external humidity are wrong hardly going above 30% even when its raining? could this be a broken wire (as Hygrometer hung on wire) or water inside has damaged it? any help please, many thanks Deerhound

There is probably a problem with the wet bulb. Check with the manufacture.
