Tell me

What size are your pins?

How are you cutting them?

How many of each, total quantity?

Then I maybe able to help you.

If they are small parts you can remove sharp edges by rumbling.

Vibrating media or tumbling would be my suggestion as well. Very east to tune your media to your material. Commercial tumblers are expensive - if you want to run some trials before going "all-in", try a case tumbler used by ammunition reloaders at home. You can get one at a large sporting goods store or on-line for about $100. Bag of media will probably run about $20 depending on how agressive you feel you need.

jholazo, First you should realize with what information you have given here that there are only about 1 or 2 million answers for real !!!!!!! The best thing you could do besides giving us more information about what exactly your problem in the deburring process is to get a salesperson that sells deburring media and or machines to help you.
