Transformer Load Reaction

In 3 phase 11KV/440V,1000KVA Transformer,connected load only 100kva,(means 10%).only.In such conditions,What will happend in the Transformer and it will react to powerfactor or impedance or else?

The only time a transformer "cares" about the load is when the load is greater than the the rating. So if you load it to only 10% of its rating then it will just pass the power through with no problem. The power factor on the high side will be be the resultant of the high side voltage and the current as it passes through both the load impedance and the transformer impedance, with a small voltage drop through its internal impedances.

At 10% check the output voltage,if high adjust off-load tap.

At 10% load, the cable losses will be 1/100 compared to full load, Guv, so who gives a monkeys about power factor!
