At CR4 1E-005 is a normal number.

You may wish to read about "Scientific Notation" and "Engineering Notation" on sites such as Google or WikiPedia.

Scientifically.

But statistically, who knows?

Remove the "E" and the "-".

That will result in the normal number 1,005.

When you get an expression like 1E-06, it simply shows a notation. E represents 10 raised to a certain power ? (the number that follows). In this case 1E-06 simply means 1 x 10^ -6 which is also equal to 0.000001.

1E-005 just happens to also be the cumulative IQ of the Over-Unity crowd who blow through CR4 from time to time and so, in this sense the number is truly statistical in nature in spite of the sum being an immutable constant no matter how many OUs blow through. However, when we disregard the outliers the sum is identically zero.

1E+005, the reciprocal of 1E-005, is the cumulative IQ of the Over-Unity crowd *from their perspective* (see Dunning-Kruger Effect). In this particular instance the reciprocal is more properly written 1E+005i, where i is the square root of -1. The Real component is of course zero.

If as I suspect you're in XL or similar, click on the cell, then choose Number, and you get range of options.
