I work for Drager Safety in the UK which is part of the global Draeger company. We provide specialist breathing aparatus to the fire services worldwide. Part of our offices here in the UK design anad manufacture detection units for fire, smoke and hazardous gases. We have sales offices all over the world.

Would that be the sort of thing you would be looking for?

Which country are you based in? I will try and get contact details for you or you could visit the following website:

Tyco Fire has a system based on the Inergen mixture: spray robots are equipped with flame detectors and extinguishing nozzle. If a flame is detected, the gass is released for a short period, stopping the flame immediatly.

Grinnell and Simplex are makes of Tyco Fire and typically active in water based fire fighting.

Grinnell has a nice system to suppress explosions but need to be rearmed after being activated.
